At first the AC blew out the circuit breaker and wouldnt run .
I called LG and they said after running through all the possibilitiesI thought that we would return it to Home Depot.
Next day we tried again and it worked fine.
The customer service Agent failed to ask a simple question according to my son if the unit had been transported lying down.
No problems since.
Works like a charm
Cools the amount of space promised.

The unit has been used over the month and a half. The unit preforms as expected from the cooling side but disappointed in the oscillating mode. After two weeks of use a vibration started while in the oscillating mode which has continued to get louder and does it even when the unit is not oscillating. LG does not have any repair techs in the area even though we reside in a large metro area. We are still waiting on a resolution and it has gotten to a point where you cannot have the unit in the room where you sleep due to the loudness of the vibration.

Starting leaking immediately in AC mode flooded my floor but reservoir was empty. So the reservoir was bone dry but but my floor was flooded. Thank goodness I bought it from Lowes who refunded my money.
