The refrigerator looks great and appears to have more room than my previous refrigerator which was essentially the same measurements. Great refrigerator. It is very quiet when it is cooling and very well lighted on the interior. The middle drawer feature is great for cheeses sliced meats etc. it really helps keeps things organized and frees up a lot space in the main cabinet. The water delivery in the door works very well. Other brands merely trickle from the dispenser.

First attempted delivery the front of the brand new refrigerator had a big gash down one of the front doors. Second delivery a week later refrigerator was installed on a Thursday morning. By Saturday morning the freezer was thawed and water was pouring out of the door. We called LG and they scheduled an appt for over a week later on a Tuesday. The refrigerator itself continued to work and was still cooling when we left for WI. We were gone 4 days and when we returned the refrigerator had gone out completely. All the food was rotten and moldy. The inside stinks and after three cleanings I still can not get the smell out completely. A brand new $2500 refrigerator The technician was out and said it will take over two weeks to get a new compressor and install it Home Depot refuses to take it back and give us a new one. I am disappointed frustrated and angry. We work hard for our money and feel it should be replacednot to mention the few hundred dollars of food that spoiled as well as all of my insulin.

The lady no the other end was speaking some gibberish i couldnt understand. When I asked her to put on the phone somebody who speak English ... she hang up on me.

This LG had all the features we were looking for It has now been in place for about a month and we couldnt be happier. The App to monitor and control it. Dual ice makers. Love the four doors and the ability to make the middle drawer a freezer section or a refrigerated section. I purposely bought this model since it did not have the craft ice option. I did not see the need for the craft ice or the plethora of problems that I read that people have with if failing. I am also hoping that I do not have any compressor issues like my previous LG. The wifi and app feature is nice to get notifications or remotely turn on the ice plus feature to generate extra ice. The one thing that is missing is the divider in the middle drawer there is one included and four slots to use one. I dont mind having to buy another if I need one gut that is not even an option right now. Hopefully that is added to the parts list so that you can buy one if you want one from LG.

Disappointed. We ordered the refrigerator based on reviews and brand reputation only. It has an overall flimsy and plastic feel to every aspect. It has a continual loud whistle which can be heard 20 ft away in the family room. I have come to discover the source of the whistle is the condenser and/or its coils which means were stuck with this kitchen tinnitus for the life of the appliance. The center drawer that can be programmed as refrigerator or cooler is nothing but plastic it is loose on its runners and flops about like a fish out of water when you open it. The bearings on its rails grind and rumble with every opening. The water and ice both taste like onions. LG basically did there nothing we can do about any of these issues. Ive tried to return it but LG says nothing is wrong with it. The only bright side is that I know this durable good will not be durable and Ill get to replace it soon when it fails completely.

We love our LG French Door 4 Drawer Refrigerator The convert drawer is our favorite feature - so easy to access frequently used foods. We love the space. Tons of room for everything even with lots of company coming. Dual ice maker is another favorite feature. We never run out of ice any more and have 3 choices of size of ice cube: freezer cubes in door crushed in door. The water/ice selector is a little hard to get used to and doesnt always respond quickly but thats a minor quirk. Overall great purchase we would whole heartedly recommend.

The refrigerator is great and I definitely love the freezer drawer We use the freezer drawer to pre-freeze items for freeze drying and it works very well. The registration process and ThinQ application are not like the refrigerator. I cannot get an account established due to the LG system not sending me the verification email and consequently if I try to sign in it says the account has not been verified. Ultimately the refrigerator is great support not so much.

Bought a similar model in 2018. Cooling element went out in 2021. It was like pulling teeth and took several weeks for LG to respond and replace the part...as they should under warrant and per the lawsuit against the for this exact reason. We even had to buy another fridge off facebook in the meantime to cover our needs. The part was eventually replaced by their technician. Here we are three years later and it went out again. LG will not replace or honor it even though the part is only three years old and the fridge is only six years old. They claim on the sticker on the fridge itself they have a ten year warranty for certain parts. Dont believe this they will not cover. They are trying to charge us $550.00 just to come look at the fridge which is ridiculous Should be free and they honor the fact that the lawsuit has proven they have issues with these fridges and they should fix this problem for free

Very happy with the product itself but only after i properly leveled it. The Lowes installers just stuck it in place. Doors wouldnt close without force and were slightly racked. Thought i had a bad unit until i read the install instructions and understood the importance of leveling.

I bought the first one in April but it had a ding in the right door they left it I witness them taking the carton off and there was no damage to the carton the damage came from the factory. Thats when my problem started the delivery group took 4-5 times to deliver the new one. They made appointment said they were going to deliver from 10:00 - 2:00 and never showed up. Complained many times to Home Depot but didnt do any good. When they delivered it they really couldnt adjust the left door which wouldnt close properly had to get tech to come out to get it right Really bad service from Home Depot making LG look bad

I really loved the look and purchased this refrigerator. I am upset with myself that I didnt do research and spend time asking questions about this unit. 1. The middle drawer opens very rough. No bearing to make the drawer open and close smoothly. You had to force it to go in. 2. Their are 4 slots in the middle drawer for dividers. This Fridge only comes with one divider and you cant even order extra dividers for this unit. How stupid is that. They should have sent you 4 dividers. And 3. the button to switch from water to cube ice to crushed ice is very difficult. You have to force the one button to change and it should change quickly. Very disappointed with my first LG product

Although I like my new fridge I was disappointed to find out that I cant buy more dividers for my full convertable door without buying the whole drawer too. The drawer has 4 slots for the clear plastic dividers to go but it only came with one. Even the picture on the manual shows two dividers. Whats up with that

I absolutely loved this refrigerator--until last week when the lower icemaker quit making ice VERY disappointed Ive only had it 6 months the first two months of this 6 months it wasnt installed due to ongoing construction of the kitchen

This is a really nice refrigerator. We chose it because we wanted extra freezer space so we use the convert drawer as part of the freezer. That works pretty well although it doesnt seem to stay as cold as the main freezer section and there is no way to make it colder independent of changing the main freezer as well. Its solid and well made and we hope it will last a long time.

I was surprised that my bottom ice make broke so quickly after buying my refrigerator but I have to say that it quickly fixed and we now have ice in the bottom ice maker Otherwise I love my new fridge

I bought this on May 6th 2024 the bottom ice maker does not work I bought a four year warranty on this and I have called 3 times and spoke to three different people and they assure me a technician will call in the next 36 hours and set a time to come fix it and yet I have never received a call from one nor have I seen one It would be great if it would work So I would not recommend a lg product to anyone because they will not fix their problems

Was hoping to copy my review from site where we purchased this refrigerator but it hasnt posted yet so Ill try to cover what I said there. Should have read the reviews because maybe Id have made a different choice though the refrigerator isnt that bad. I dont understand the designers thought process though. Yes you can put a gal of milk on the right hand side door shelf but you cant put a gal sized pitcher without tipping it and when its full of a beverage this isnt going to work. Shelves are not adjustable on the doors so that isnt great. Not just because of the pitcher but would just make storage options better if the shelves had adjustment options. But hey there is one shelf on each side in the refrigerator that you can adjust Pitcher still doesnt fit without still lifting the shelf a bit. For Petes sake. Its a standard sized pitcher. Noticed about a week or so after we got it that when trying to open the crisper drawer on the right hand side you cannot pull it all the way out without opening the left side door also. Genius. We had an issue with the ice maker in the door not dispensing ice so we had an LG service person out. Super nice guy and got it working but I mentioned to him while he was here that when you give a gentle push on the right side door it will close but the left side wont close all the way if the right side door is closed. He said you just have to give it a push. Ok. But I did see someone else comment that it was an issue and they got it fixed. Im not calling them back out just for this. So overall its a good fridge. Keeps cold stuff cold and frozen stuff frozen. Some day Ill find a tea pitcher that either fits in the door without having to be tipped as it goes in and comes out or is a fraction of an inch shorter and will fit in the main compartment without lifting the shelf.
